Please note that your credit card statement and/or Paypal statement will reflect a charge from KRAFT KOTTAGE for your purchase(s).

**PAYPAL E-CHECKS - any order paid through Paypal by E-check will not be sent until the E-check Clears through Paypal (usually 4-7 days)

THERE WILL BE A $35.00 CHARGE FOR ALL RETURNED/BOUNCED CHECKS!

RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! We will exchange or issue a refund for items returned within 30 days of original purchase. Just send a copy of your invoice and the reason for your return printed on the back. Returns due to customer error are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Credits to your account will take place within 30 days.
*** Items that qualify for a refund or return MUST be in their original UNUSED condition! SORRY shipping charges are NOT refundable. All returns must be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Any damage incurred on return shipments are the customer's responsibility and will not be eligible for refund.

** INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: Our Shopping cart will add International shipping costs to your order. If actual shipping costs are different than charged by the shopping cart we will email you with the actual shipping costs once your order is received! Depending on your location and order size we may be able to send your order Global Priority Flat Rate (to countries that accept this type of mail) for $13.45 or $11.45 to Canada. Due to the high volume of internet scams involving International orders we will not send any International orders (excluding Canada) over $50.00 without prior approval.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Although we try our best to keep all of our items in stock, occasionally some items may fall out of stock while your order is being processed. If an item you ordered is out of stock we will email you regarding your order status and give you an estimated delivery date. Re-stocking can take 7-10 days. You will have the option of waiting to have your ship complete, canceling the out of stock item or canceling your order.

Please be aware that large amounts of paper/cardstock are heavy and can be costly to ship.

Although we try to ship orders within 2 business days, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to ship. If you are in a hurry just let us know by email.
