We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! We will exchange or issue a refund for items returned within 30 days of original purchase. Just send a copy of your invoice and the reason for your return printed on the back. Please include credit card information so we can credit your account.
*** Items that qualify for a refund or return MUST be in their original UNUSED condition! SORRY shipping charges are NOT refundable. Returns on orders over $100.00 will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Although we try our best to keep all of our items in stock, occasionally some items may be out of stock. If an item you ordered is out of stock we will email you regarding your order status. Please be aware that large amounts of paper/cardstock are heavy and can be costly to ship. Orders will be shipped by USPS Parcel Post. You should receive your order within 7-10 days from the date order is placed. We ship heavy items (such as large amounts of paper or cardstock by USPS Parcel Post)other lighter items may be shipped USPS Priority Mail. If you are in a hurry just let us know by email and we will email you back with available shipping options(additonal shipping charges may be applied with your consent to heavier items shipped by Priority Mail)
