Need Help?

We know that printing your own labels can be frustrating. Below we have listed a few tips, hints and templates to help you save Time and Money while making your own Unique, Professional Looking Labels from your home computer and desktop printer.

~ Label Software~
We recommend using a software program which enables you to print labels with ease, this will not only save you time but money as well.

~We Recommend The Print Shop 23 Pro Publisher Deluxe™. Print Shop Pro Publisher™ contains a Custom Paper Wizard which can be used to set up almost any custom label or paper size.

~ Avery™ also offers FREE downloadable software to use with their size labels. This program is fairly easy to use for text and basic design. The FREE software version DOES NOT have a custom paper set-up. This software is available through their website at www.avery.com

Below are downloadable templates for use with Microsoft Word™. These templates are guidelines only. When you open the file you should see gray or blue gridlines. If you do not follow these instructions:
WORD 2003 - go to the TABLE menu or TABLE tab and choose SHOW GRIDLINES.
WORD 2007 - go to the LAYOUT tab and click on VIEW GRIDLINES
WORD 2010 - go to the TABLE LAYOUT tab and click on VIEW GRIDLINES

For round or oval labels you will only see the gray or blue rectangle gridline of where the round or oval label is cut. You will not actually see a circle or oval on your screen.

Always print first on white paper!!!
