All of Our graphic CD's are 300 dpi Which means they provide excellent print quality and can be resized (within reason)for optimal results.

Anyone who violates our copyright is subject to fines, criminal penalties, and recovery of loss of profit due to any misuse or violation of our graphics under our copyright.

SPECIAL TERMS FOR COMMERCIAL USE *UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED!
What is commercial use?
Commercial use is ANYTHING that is re-sold and profit is made. For example if you sell candles and use our graphics for the labels on the candles you sell this is commercial use. Another example if you use our graphics in your brochure for your business or products you sell that is commercial use! If you use our graphics for commercial purposes then you must purchase the CD/graphics at the specified commercial use price this gives you permission to use the graphics commercially.
If there is any question as to whether the intended use of our graphics is commercial email us and we will let you know!
Our graphics may be used for commercial purposes (provided the commercial use fee is paid) with the following exceptions
Our Graphics MAY NOT BE USED AT ANYTIME FOR THE FOLLOWING:
1. commercial websites
2. digitizing or embroidery patterns
3. reselling graphics in any way
4. mass production of any one or part of our graphics
5. our graphics MAY NOT be re-colored
6. Our graphics may not be used to make rubber stamps
7. Our graphics may not be given to anyone for their use even if a profit is not made (ie: offering our graphics for free)

PLEASE NOTE: If you use our graphics on a personal website you must give graphic credit to us. An image is included in every CD collection to be used for this purpose. The image must be linked back to us at http://www.kraftkottage.com.
